After I got home from work today, it was so nice out that I wanted to go for a bike ride. I decided that I would ride 10 miles. When I reached that goal, I realized that I wasn't far from the Tridge. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's a bridge for people to cross on downtown Midland. There are 2 rivers that connect there, the Chippewa and the Tittabawassee. It's a neat place to visit. So I kept on going and made it to the Tridge. On the way home, I noticed a goose on a little pond by some thick brush. I stopped and took a picture but I haven't checked my camera yet to see if it turned out or not.
After returning home, I fixed supper and then after a little bit, I decided I wanted to go for another ride. I had a goal in mind, of 7 miles one way. It was a beautiful evening and so I reached my goal plus 1 extra mile by the time I had gotten back home.
Not bad for a day's journey. I rode 35 miles today bringing my grand total to 212. That only leaves 1799 miles to go, Hey, I'm under 1800.
I hear we might get rain tomorrow. I hope not as I'm on a roll and want to keep "rolling down the pavement". See ya next time.
